All forms must be filled out and submitted and registration fees must be paid in order for a student to be considered officially enrolled. One complete set of forms must be filled out for each new student.
Enrollment with NCS is subject to the approval of the administration.
For all enrolled families the registration fee is $195 per student for grades K-12 per school year if paid before July 1st or $250 per student if paid after July 1st. Registration and tuition fees cover records preparation, record software, publications, group membership the Association of Christian Schools International, etc. Each student will also receive a school yearbook.
Monthly tuition fee is $33 for grades K-5, and $65 for grades 6-12.
All checks should be made payable to “NCS“. You may also pay by cash or by PayPal on our website or by credit card in person or over the phone.
Kindergarten students must submit medical and immunization forms, as well as a photocopy of their birth certificates.
Seventh grade students must submit updated immunization forms showing a td booster. Transfer students will be notified if these forms are not forwarded by their previous schools.
At the time of registration, new families will have an interview with the principal or staff member. This interview will enable the staff to answer any questions you may have, as well as settle any questions NCS may have concerning your situation. If, as a result of the interview, NCS is unable to provide enrollment for your family, your registration fee will be refunded to you. Once enrolled your registration fee is non-refundable.

parent ID cards (in October) use of textbooks and resources
student ID card (in October) monthly report forms (Blackbaud)
