I&E Meetings

  • You are required to attend at least one of these meetings to fulfill your monthly commitment.
  • You CAN come to as many as you wish. Each will have a different flavor. You can choose a different one each month or come to the same one each month.
  • Note that one I&E meeting each month is online.
  • If you do not attend any I&E Meetings in a particular month, you will be charged a $25 I&E non-attendance fee.
  • We strongly suggest you attend an I&E Meeting at the beginning of a month, so that if you miss that meeting, you have time to reschedule one.

Online I&E Meetings

Online I&E Meetings are held once a month in the late evening, so that people have time to return from events and still make the meeting.

The date for the Online I&E Meeting will be emailed and Facebook posted near the beginning of the month.

On the actual day of the online meeting, you will receive an email with the registration link.  Register with that link up to 20 minutes before the meeting.  They (Citrix)  will send you a link for you to use to attend the meeting. You will use the link to register for the meeting if you will be attending the online one. After you register for the meeting, you will receive a link to use to sign into the meeting. We advise you to sign in about ten minutes before it starts.

You will need a device (phone or computer) that has speakers for sound. The presentation is not designed for phone screens. You will have to experiment with your device. You do not need a microphone or camera to attend the online I&E meetings. No one will see or hear you.   You will type your questions into a question box, they will appear on my screen, and I will answer them at the Question Time at the end of the presentation.  You will not get an answer until Question Time.  Go ahead, however, and type in the question as it comes to you.

Attendance for online meetings is checked 3 times:  at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end.  Be aware that my screen allows me to see whose screen is minimized or turned to another site.

The link and password will be sent to your email on the day of the meeting, usually between noon and 3 pm. That way, it doesn't get lost.

PAY ATTENTION: The link and password are NOT posted on FB, since only NCS members can attend.
